Passionate about personalized solutions, he ensures clients understand their options and feel at ease throughout the process. Professor of Bar Success at the University of Idaho, where he helps future lawyers prepare for the next step in their careers. Outside of work, he is a triathlete, skier, musician, Rotarian, and dedicated family man, with a deep commitment to community service.

Operations Manager

After nearly 15 years in banking, Stephanie brought her expertise in operations and relationship management to Learned Lawyer in 2022, where she now serves as Operations Manager. A fourth-generation Idahoan, she values community service, having held leadership roles with Ballet Idaho and Boise Young Professionals. Outside work, Stephanie enjoys outdoor adventures, cooking, and spending time with her family—including Scott, their three kids, and two beloved dogs.

Joining Learned Lawyer in 2024, Bailly brings a dynamic background in education and leadership to her role, supporting the firm’s growth and client satisfaction. As a licensed realtor in Idaho, she offers valuable support to families navigating probate, helping them navigate transitions with care and expertise. A lover of adventure, Bailly balances work with trail running, paddle boarding, and exploring the world—from Norway's fjords to Iceland's volcanoes.

Administrative Assistant

A former hospitality professional, Bridgott now brings her customer service expertise to helping clients at Learned Lawyer. She enjoys exploring Idaho’s scenic beauty and spending time with her husband, their two dogs, and his family. On weekends, you’ll often find her hiking the trails with her furry companions.
